The Prince Of Egypt By Cl0udy By cl0udy on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

A couple of nights ago I watched the prince of Egypt. My grandma had gotten it for me for my birthday a couple of years back, and I had never really watched it completly. I was pretty bored so I popped it into the DVD player and pushed play. I soon realized that it was based on the Bible story of Moses and the slaves. For you people who are not familiar with the story it is about a man named Moses who shows the King of Egypt (Ramses) all the power of God, demanding him to free the slaves. But the King dosen't and a lot of bad things happen, until he finally frees the slaves. From the begginig of the movie, I knew it wasn't going to be boring. The movie is a musical, but not cheesy or anything. The songs are really powerful and sung with so much emotion that they almost made me cry. I think at one point I did cry, but I'm not sure because I was trying really hard not to. And this is coming from a sixteen year old. Yes, me. I'm not much of a religious person, I don't go to church often, only when my parents make me. I really love this movie, and when I was done watching it, it filled me up with lots of happiness. And dare I say it, faith. :)
