This book should be the new Bible. It is absolutely without a doubt the number one book I've read in the past year. The Secret is a self motivating book by Rhonda Byrne. It teaches you how to live your life both successfully and happily by visualizing and going after what you want. Basically by closing your eyes and visualizing exactly what you want in life you are thereby attracting it into your life. The world operates by the law of attraction. If you want something bad enough and you can see, it will be brought into your life. But, if you do not believe that it will come to you, then you are pushing it further and further away. This book isn't like most self motivation books because it works. A lot of other books will tell you to take time out of your life to be sad, ackknowledge your emotions, if you don't get what you want cry wah wah wah! But, this book shows you how to become an better person and have a better life. If you take a piece of paper and write, I am very happy and grateful now that... and finish that sentence how ever you'd like. By writing down what you want you are bringing it into existence. Out of your head onto the paper and out into the world to be brought back to you in the physical sense. Seeing is believeing, this book will show you how to prove that to yourself and others. Rhonda Byrne is a self motivating genius. In this book she's written about how this secret has helped her family, her friends, and herself. She has studied this subject with many other philosophers and and phsycologists, who also mention their take on the subject, for some time and it's brought her a better body, a new home, great family, friends, and supporters of her mission to being happiness to the world. I recommend this book to anyone who feels that they have to have money to be happy these days, and are looking for a meaningful journey through life.
