I love this book! It has given me a new way of thinking!! We all have those days when nothing seems to be going right, well The Secret is "law of attraction" the universe says that we draw the things that happen to us by our thoughts. This book helps you to look at your thinking in a different light. It says that every thing that is coming into your life you are attracting into your life. The first time I heard this I thought(no pun intended) that that was not the way it was. I didn't attract the bad stuff, who does? But after reading this book I realized what I was doing wrong.

The book is filled with people who have had great success. People such as John Assarf(Entrepreneur and money-makeing Expert) Jack Canfield(author of The book series Chicken for the Soul) and Dennis Waitely(Psychologist and trainer in the field of mind potential). It also has several inserts of famous quotes. And it has different sections on all the aspects of our lives.

You can purchase the movie as well but it just follows along with the book. I don't think you need both the book and the movie but if you are like me I use the movie because I am a visual person and I need to be able to see in order to understand sometimes.

I would recommend this book to anyone that would like to start looking at life and what it has to offer.
