I have a Sony CFD-S01 CD player. It is fairly easy to use, has three useful functions (CD player, AM/FM Radio, and cassette tape player), and is fairly portable when it is using batteries. I have owned it for approximately 1 year and have had very few problems with it. There are many features in the player such as CD-R / RW playback, sleep, and mega bass mode.
I especially like the fact that the radio tuner has buttons instead of a knob so it is easier to find the exact station you want. The CD player works well and loads much faster than any player that I have ever owned. I think Sony did a good job with this particular model, and if I ever needed another CD player , I would try to find another just like it.
It has been a while since I reviewed this product. I just wanted to let readers know that this CD player is still working as great as it did the day I purchased it! When it does eventually grow old, I wil definitely be getting another Sony.
Wow, this CD player is still going strong. I am definitely going to purchase another one when this one finally breaks down, which it may never at this rate!
This CD player is still working! After being dropped on the floor, kicked accidentally, and being jumped on by my dog many, many times. I am amazed that it has not broken. Now that I read this I realize I have not been very nice to it though. Haha!

It is always good to find just the right CD player you like. So many just do not work well or last long, Thanks for sharing the information.
Sony products are more expensive but of better quality. I trust and love Sony.
