It seems as though we are forever buying car seats. We have three kids and each one of them is either in a carseat or booster seat. We purchased this car seat because of the great reviews it has received. One of the great things about this carseat is that it can accomodate your child from 5lbs. to 65lbs. When baby is little and still facing backwards, you can actually take the top headrest off so that it fits better in the back seat. This carseat is very padded and the padding is easy to remove for cleaning. It has a 5 point harness that can adjust as your child grows and you don't even have to re-thread the harness, which has always annoyed me about other carseats. It has a cup holder, which my youngest son loves! When your child is ready to face forward, you can put the headrest back on. This carseat is nice because it has deep sides so your child can actually fall asleep and not have their head dangling. I will admit that the price is a bit steep for this carseat; however it is worth every penny!
