Last winter (2007/8) my old winter boots were worn out and uncomfortable. Since I am a cheapo, I had bought them at one of those pay for less places. Anyway, I decided that this time I would buy a boot that would last a long time even if they were expensive.

So I went through the stores looking fror a pair of boots that had an even heel (nothing high because of my dizziness caused by medications). Plus something that was really warm. I even looked at the Shearling boots, the ones you can find at Scheeling, etc. None of these boots were comfortable.

Anyway, a friend of mine who also has my disease suggested UGG(r) boots because she had bought a pair of slippers from them and they were warm and comfortable. I realized that I would have to spend a chunck of change to have a pair of suede boots with sheepskin inner lining. I talked to my husband and he told me that if I wanted them that badly that I should buy them.

So I did. I will NEVER, never be unhappy with these boots. They are comfortable, warm, and stylish. Check them out at this url:

They are totally wonderful. Plus my feet are a little wide so I had to go for the men's boots... You can wear them without socks if you want.

I am so I have now worn them for two winters. I hope that they will last for ten or more. And, they were worth the price. They will never go out of style in my house.
