The Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner is a product I regularly use to keep my toilet nice and clean. I had been using SnoBol as well, but this one is a bit cheaper, so I now buy The Works most of the time. When it comes to quality, I have no complaints: The Works quickly and effectively gets rid of water stains, I can actually see them lighten up and disappear as I pour the cleaner on them. I hardly ever do any scrubbing, maybe just a little, to make sure I have cleaned all of the surface. Unlike SnoBol, the Works does not require any waiting time, you just pour it in, work with the brush, rinse, and that's it. However, there is one thing that drives me nuts about this product: its child-proof cap. Most other household cleaning supplies have some kind of child-proof protection, and I have no difficulty opening them. The Works is an exception. Every time I use it, I fight with the darn cap, twisting, pushing, twisting again, pressing hard, and the thing just keeps turning without opening. Arrgh!
