I have been taking TheraFlu for years, but this was my first time trying the flu and chest congestion natural citrus flavor. I had a hard time getting over the way it tasted, because this flavor tastes horrible, you definitely taste the citrus flavor, it tastes like there's real lemon and oranges in there. I must say though that the effectiveness of this product is great it really works once you can get over the taste of it. I was having alot of chest congestion and a really bad headache and the thera-flu knocked it right out. I took the thera-flu right before going to bed and in the morning when I woke up I felt so much better. I did this for a couple of nights and my cold is gone. I would definitely purchase this Thera-flu again, because I know it works.
