ThermaCare heat wraps for Knees are a fantastic way to deal with knee pain, whether chronic or one-time in jury or tenderness.

The wraps have sticky pads on one side that adhere to the side / back of your knee, and the air-activated heat packets fold across the knee and are secured with 2 velcro straps.

The heat comes from the wrap being exposed to the air. It heats up fully in about an hour, and lasts for up to 8 hours to provide long lasting warmth and pain relief.

The wrap does not heat up as much as I would like it to, but it is warm enough to grant muscle and joint relief for a good part of the day. It is easy to apply and stays on even with vigorous movement. They are great for overnight use as well.
