This is easily the most effective protein shake I've ever had in my vast experience of body building. The rate at which this protein shake heals the muscle fibres and builds muscle is astonishing. Having quick recovery in muscles means that ultimatly you gain alot more muscle due to being able to go to the gym regulary through not having sore muscles. When first taking the shake, I could literally see the changes in my muscle stature from the first couple of weeks, which is far better then any others I've tried. The container is fairly small however, when I started to use it through following the correct instructions, it seemed as if I was using it as fast as water, which is very annoying. However I learnt that having controlled sets amounts that I feels necessary was the best way to preserve the shake. The price does seem fairly hefty at first, but when you see the overall benefits of being more muscular, then it really is worth the buy.
