They Work For My Chubby Little Guy! By Jessica Yamaguchi on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I've heard so many likes and dislikes about so many disposable diaper brands...I think that like most things results vary for everone. These are the diapers that we found worked best for us.
We started buying Pampers because the Huggies I had been using started leaking at night and also during the day ( with his #1 and#2 messes)and the Huggies were leaving bits of the gel absorbing stuff inside the diaper on my son.
MY EXPERIENCE
My son is a VERY chubby 6 month old and he moves around a lot he's crawling and standing/climbing on everything. We have been using Pampers for the last 2 1/2 months.
First of all the Pampers haven't left any of that gel granule/ stuff from the diaper on him. The pampers flex with his movements ( they are stretchy around the legs and waist band )so they fit better and are never binding ( no crinkley red marks on his thighs or tummy), they are soft, flexable, and do a wonderful job keeping the wetness locked away from his skin. They are also thin, I like that! it doesn't look or feel bulky! We have not had any leaks ( not even at night or #2's). Also the "tapes" (more like velcro) stay in place and I think the sesame street/elmo print is adorable.
There seems to be a light baby fragrance ( it is pleasant)on the diapers, which worried me at first but we have not had any rashes so I think we are okay as far as that goes.
Over all I like these better than other diapers we have tried, and baby seems happy enough with them! I would definitely recommend these if you are having problems with leaks!
PRICES AND WHERE TO FIND IT!
You can find these at diapers.com and I think pretty much any store that sells diapers will have these. We paid about 19.99 for a case of 92(size 4..he's a chubby guy!) at Walmart... plus I'm a coupon nut when it comes to this kind of stuff! Last month we got 204 (size 3) at diapers.com for about $40.00.
Pampers Cruisers Purchased at: Walmart,diapers.com Price: varies!

We ended up using Pampers with our boys for the same reason, except at bedtime. The sealed in wetness better, felt lighter and we had zero accidents.
We used pampers some of the time and huggies other times. At different times in our sons development, different diapers worked better. Thanks for your opinion.
I love the Pampers brand, much better than Luvs or Huggies in my opinion.
These are the diapers we use on my grandson. They are great. Thanks for sharing this information.
Love the cruisers! My little one does not leak!
