They're Not Dickies They're Mine! By Glen Smith on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I was most fortunate to find a pair of these in a local Charity shop, the cost was brilliant, £1.99! I have no idea of the new price, but I would think they are not cheap. The size was just right, condition was "As new" and the colour was navy blue, perfect.

I tried them on of course, it is not unknown for work trousers to have the wrong label sewn in! The fit was perfect, enough room to move freely, but tight enough to stay up, even though I always wear a belt. The belt loops are very strong, and in the right places. There are plenty of pockets, and again, they are in exactly the right places, not just for show. As for the quality, perfect too, these are a Poly/Cotton mix, and absorb sweat nicely. They do have of course, the "Dickies" label on the outside.

I just know these will take years to wear out, and even when they do, they will never go in the bin, they will come out for use while decorating, or gardening, those jobs where I can use up "old favourites".

I know, I intended posting some pics, and never got around to it, well perhaps I will soon. You will have to pester me!

LOL, I have a young friend named Dickie, and he just loves the Dickies name brand. He never has to label his clothes.
