This is the 3 in 1 PC Joy Box. Now what it does is it allows you to use your Sega Saturn, Sony PlayStation 2, and Sega Dreamcast controllers on your PC. This is ideal for PC ports of console games or online services such as Gametap. In most games/systems you are able to completely customize the button layout depending on which controller you are using. Saturn and Dreamcast both do not support dual analog unfortunately, so if you need that, use a PS2 controller. I usually use the Saturn controller for 2D games and PS2 for the 3D. I have not had any real issues so far. They may be some miniscule lag, but usually only in hectic situations like in fast-paced fighting games; however, these occurances are very few and far inbetween. Overall, if you're looking for an adaptor (and one for the Saturn is very rare indeed), I'd recommend this one.
