This CD Player Does Everything

This RCA CD Player was a gift last Christmas from my husband, and it does everything.In addition to the CD player, it has a radio, and a cassette player. I am one of those dinosaurs who stills enjoy listening to teaching tapes and music tapes now and then, and I realize that before too long, it will be difficult to find anything to play them on. The player also has a remote control, and a dynamic bass boost system. The radio is digitally tuned, as is the volume control. There is a mulitfunction LCD display. It also has a one year limited warranty.

While I love this player, the thing that I dislike about it is that it is difficult to operate. They got a little too fancy with the controls, and made it where you push and push and push again, before you figure out how to get it to do what you want. A simpler way to operate the player, for ease of use, would have been greatly appreciated. Sometimes I think technology just makes everything harder, and then there are all those directions to read and understand. I get frustrated when I can't figure out how to go from tape to CD, and it really shouldn't be difficult at all. So perhaps a little more thought to simplicity would help.

I do love having a radio, tape player, and CD player all in one, and the sound is wonderful. I think this is a great all around player, and you would most definitely enjoy it.
