This Phone is not as they tell say

Okay, I got this phone maybe a month ago and within the first week I had already started having trouble with it. First things my screen starting getting loose and the screen would radomly turn black, I took it to AT&T store they told me to wait till they had more in and they would call me well I never got that call I went to them three times and they told me samething three times and I called them once and they told come in today and we will give you a new one well I got there and they said they would call me when they got them. Second things the GPS they tell you if you have internet it will be free well it was not free I have unlimited internet access and it did not work, and also only works in 3G networks which I do not live in. Third things it turns off when your texting and when your on the phone. Fourth the internet is very slow and will notlet you visit some websites it says they are not avaliable with your type of phone. Fifth the picture capturing is very low quality.
Well now the the phone is a good nice phone with some good features on it like messanger and video capture and music player, I have had more problems with this phone then any other phone I have hadhad a touch screen that wasn't very great but it worked a lot better then the Pantech. I had the same service with Cellular One. Cellular One is AT&T now. I bought a new phone & it didn't work. I had to use a cheap loaner til it was repaired. I sent the code off the box to get my 50.00 refund, that is why they wouldn't give me a new one. Next time I will wait to see if any problems before sending in rebate. It sounds like this phone is a waste. Will steer clear of it. Thanks
