This new toothbrush is for the small ones who like to play while brushing their teeth. They are all familiar with Thomas and the Blue Train and his friends. The toothbrush is battery operated with 2 AA batteries, which are included with the new toothbrush, and a on and off button. The power brush will clean their teeth and remove the plaque, with the small soft bristles, that are made of Dupont Tynex. When they are ready to brush , just press the center button on the soft grip handle, and place the rotating bristles on the teeth, and the cleaning begins. Next they will rinse, and those nice clean plaque free teeth will shine. Also rinse the toothbrush head after every use, because it's not replaceable.

This is not only a toothbrush , but away to have fun while getting the job done. No harm in making this a fun tooth brushing experience. I do find the handle to be abit large for the little hands, and the batteries don't last that long.
