Through the Desert board game
By cybeeb onThrought the Desert is a board game where you have different colored camels and a board with spaces to put your camels on. Each player (from 2 to 5 players) has a different color rider for their camels. You have many ways to score, longest caravan, controlling oasises, etc. This game sets up very quickly and is easy to learn. Players take turns placing camels (two at a time) on the board. You may not put two camels of the same color side by side. So there is a lot of strategy involved. You also place markers on the board before you place camels. These markers have numbers on them and have different values. The way you set up the board is different every time so that it always makes the game different. The game is over when the last camel of a certain color is placed so sometimes it is to your advantage to use all the camels of one color to end the game quickly. It takes anywhere from 20 - 45 minutes to play one game. This is a very fun game and can be played quite a few times in one night without becoming repititious. I recommend this game!
