This may seem like a very inexpensive item to review but every cook should have one!! I stumbled onto this egg cup sized measuring piece a few months ago while strolling through the kitchen accessory aisle, not something I do very often. This cute little measuring cup looks like an egg cup. It has a clear acrylic cup portion with eyes and a little beak and yellow webbed feet on the bottom to keep it standing and looking like the cutest little character, not quite sure what to call it except the maker calls it "Whiskie". This little piece let me throw out all the measuring spoons I constantly had to dig for in between my silverware or junk drawer, probably 3 sets total that never stayed together anyway. This one little half egg measures from 1 teaspoon to 6 teaspoons, 1/2 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons, 1/4 oz. to 1 oz. and 5ml to 30ml. How can you beat that? I keep my little Whiskie measuring cup on top of the microwave with a colorful glass egg in it so it's always handy and nothing I need to put away and hunt for!!

He's very cute indeed! I think it's great you don't have to search in the drawers for all those measuring spoons!
I have a similar product but it is not as cute as this one!
I haven't seen this little gadget. I know my husband would like it. He's been venturing into the kitchen lately, and hates hunting for the right spoon.
Oh my gosh, it's perfect! I have 3 sets of those measuring spoons and can never seem to find the one I need, when I need it!
That's funny-when I use Whiskey, I don't usually measure anything at all!
