Throw the Bum Out

If there ever was a 'Novelty Gift' this is certainly it.

The 'Bum Shorts' are a style which seems to be cross between men's boxer shorts and baggy swimming trunks.They are 'Free Size' and probably accommodate from about a 20 inch to 40 inch waist.

On the back of the shorts, the 'Bum' is constructed of a semi-rigid foam material about 3/32nd of an inch thick.The rigidity of the foam maintains it in an anatomically correct shape.

I am not sure if it is the colorful red stripes or what, but these shorts certainly attract attention at parties.

The cloth material seems to be a cotton and polyester blend.Although the cloth portion of these Bum Shorts could certainly handle machine washing and drying,I would be concerned about the bum portion.If you must wash them, I would recommend hand washing and line drying.

Actually,I would like to make clear that I have never worn these in public or for that matter at a party.I do know somebody who frequently wears their Bum Shorts (that person is a bit disturbed).

Honestly,Bum Shorts are not really my cup of tea, but they make a good novelty gift for the right person.
