Thymes Sleep Well Bath Salts

This is Thymes Sleep Well Epsom Bath Salts. I love all of the Thymes products. They are top of the line and smell just wonderful. These salts are just wonderful for a long soak in the bath before bed. The salts not only soften your skin, they smell lovely and help ease you into a good nights sleep. I find it very hard to sleep well at night, so I am always looking for a "natural" product to help me. I find if I keep a routine, I sleep better. I make a nice soak at the end of the day part of that routine. I love these salts for that purpose. They contain rose oil, which is supposed to help prevent insomnia. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has trouble sleeping. These salts really can help you get a better nights sleep.
