This is a beauty or bath bar by Thymes. This is called "Sleep Well" and is a trippled-milled soap. I love all the thymes products. This is such a luxorious bar of soap. It is so nice to light some candles, draw a hot bath, pour a glass of wine and use this bar. The fragrance will relax you right into sleep. This can also be used in a shower, of course, but the bath really helps to relax you along with the relaxing properties of the soap. It contains rose oil, which is said to help prevent insomnia. It also contains chamomile and valerian, which are both very calming and help to ensure a good nights sleep. Sleep is important to our mind and our body. It also promotes good skin, so I would highly recommend using this soap as a nightly ritual to help ease you into a good nights rest.
