Tide Me Over
By cukal6 onI am a huge snacker.Especially in the afternoon when my son is napping, I eat to pass the time.WEll, all that snacking was adding inches to my waistline so I knew I had to do something.Last time I was at the store I saw these individual drink mixes that you add to your 16.9 oz bottle of water.I had previously used another brand just to give my water flavor (i drink a lot of water) but these are different.They'er actually supposed to suppress your hunger.I figured what the heck?Can't hurt right?
I was really surprised at how well the drinks worked.After lunch the first day I got out a bottle of water and added the packet.At first I didn't really care for the flavor, but about halfway through the bottle it got better.I honestly was not hungry until dinner that night.
I have to say that some days it works better than others.If I've had a heavy workout that morning, I still get hungry about 3:00 in the afternoon but I'm no longer snacking for 3 hours straight.
Each packet contains 30 calories, 3g of protein, and 5g of fiber.

Sometimes I make fruit smoothies in the morning, and surprisingly, it fills me up til lunchtime! I'm happy this drink works for you, even if it IS only on some days! :-)
Anything that can hold off the hungries!
I have never heard or seen these. I am in the market for anything/something to help with weight loss. I may need to give these a try. Thank you for this information.
