As is the case with many great action films, you're probably going to lose touch with what exactly is going on at the moment. In the case of Time and Tide, you might have never grabbed onto it the first time through. The point is, you're in for some classic and at times cheesy action from the Far East. Don't expect anything of the likes of a Matrix or 300, but you will be entertained when the characters are shooting it out in a tight alley and rappelling to get away from one another.

If you were worried about the plot then that means you probably care about the acting, which there doesn't appear to be much of. Some do their part to make it look like it wasn't strung together by a bunch of middle school drama students.

When it comes down to it Time and Tide is a great foreign action film, but if you're going to check it out, don't expect much except for its action
