Titleist 585 Hybrid By js11 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

This is the first hybrid that I have owned and overall I would say that I am pretty satisfied with it. I was nervous about transitioning from a five wood to this nineteen degree club but it definitely goes farther and is better for hitting off of the tee. The face on the Titleist 585 Hybrid is unbelievably soft and is probably the main reason that I like it so much. The ball flight is a little high which is somewhat dissapointing but the fact that it hits high is good for approaching par five greens in two because the ball lands soft and spins pretty good. But off of the tee is where I see the biggest difference because on a short par four I can hit it out there far and accurate which is of the upmost important to me.
