Reviewing: Titleist Pro V1 392

The Titleist Pro V1 golf ball is a high level, tour type golf ball that is a bit out of my normal price range, and is not golf balls that I would ever buy. However, when you play with someone who does, you have the opportunity to use a ball or two and get a feel for them.

I chose to review this ball because it stands out from any I have ever used before. It is called the Pro 392, and that number calls out its 392 dimples giving a larger coverage than normal. The ball has a very convenient marking for aim, and is just plain old nice looking for a golf ball.

Now lets talk about the game...I hit the ball consistently 30 yards further than normal for me when I used a driver, and hit straighter shots with my irons. The ball hit hard when it hit the green using my pitching wedge, to the point where I felt it made me slightly better overall. Does not mean you can't hit the ball wrong-trust me, I did that plenty also!

Overall, a superior ball for the game of golf, with a step price tag though I suggest you go my route and find friends that have them!

That is amazing that a ball could make that big of difference in your game. I guess for the price, it should.
