The Pro V1x is longer off the tee than the regular Pro V1 and is longer than any other premium ball on the market today. It produces a more level trajectory instead of ballooning upwards, which is the desired trajectory for better players. Yet what makes the ball so good is that you can drive it 300 yards and yet still back it up on the greens. The 3 piece technology allows it to be super long off the tee while preserving the soft feel that you need around the greens and for putting. The only drawback is that the cover is not very durable at all so the ball doesn't last very long. If you can live with the fact that you might not get more than a round or two rounds out of the ball then the Pro V1x is as good as it gets.
