This appliance can be used for many different things. You can bake/roast, toast, Rotisserie up to a five pound roast or chicken, broil and griddle for grilling sandwiches ,bacon, eggs, pancake and French toast. As you see it is very versatile. I probably use it most for Rotisserie chicken. It can cook a good size chicken to perfection in about 2 hours. I can use it to bake and broil instead of having to heat up my large oven. I do not like the fact of how much space it takes up on my counter top though and so I choose not to keep it out all the time which makes for an inconvience when I want to use it. The other thing that I do not like about it is how hard it is to load the chicken onto the rotisserie and then the chore of cleaning it when I am done. The parts are hard to clean and do not necessarily come clean in the dishwasher and the inside is hard to clean also.
