The Toastmaster Cool Edge Griddle has been a family favorite for years. It's 21 inches long and comes with a non stick surface. It can be immersed from the one side and washed thoroughly and rinsed well. It stands on non skid feet so it doesn't slide around the counter. The termperature can be from warm up to 350 + degrees. It has a drip tray that can be pulled out and drained and cleaned.

What I like about it with a large family is that I can make 8 grilled sandwiches at a time. I can usually make 10 medium sized pancakes. Ad I also make homemade chicken quesedillas. I can usually fit 8 of them on the griddle at the same time after I've flipped them over. It's awesome. I remember the days, when I would do 3 to 4 pancakes at a time, and they would get cold before everyone would get their first one. So even when I have company over, everyone gets their first and sometimes even second one before I put on anothe rwhole batch.
