Tom's Of Maine Natural Antiplaque Toothpaste By Beth Kayhart on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I discovered Tom's of Maine after doing some extensive research on the long term effects of fluoride on the human body. Whether it is proven to be true or false, it put enough doubt into my mind to start looking at fluoride free products. I was glad to find Tom's of Maine. Their toothpaste is all natural and they offer several fluoride free varieties. It takes a while to get used to the taste. Most people are so used to the sweetness of regular toothpaste and at first may not like the different taste. Tom's of Maine recommends you try their toothpaste for at least 5 days before making a decision. At first I didn't care for it, but now I find I have a hard time using normal toothpaste anymore. They don't test their products on animals. Their toothpaste tubes are recyclable. Their prices are slightly higher than other brands but I feel the benefits are worth it.

Glad this works well for you - but my teeth need all the flouride they can get regardless of the effects on my body (bad teeth) - I need my teeth to eat, lol.
