Me and my husband wanted to buy a medium price range baby monitor and we found Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance monitor best in that price range.The Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance monitor is consist of two unit one is baby unit and the second is parent unit. I keep the baby unit in the nursery all the time. I keep the parent unit with me all the time where ever I am in the house. It is easy to carry the parent unit with me every where because it is light weight and size. The baby unit is very powerful and catches all noises even at a distance. It even catches the breathing sounds of the baby when place near the cot.

I find the Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance monitor very good and powerful device. It really helped and keep me informed about my baby's all the movement while I was busy in the other part of the house. The only weakness I found in Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance monitor is its volume setting control button. After about one year the volume control button sometime become difficult to set if disturbed for any reason.

I was just very careful and always tried not to touch or disturb the volumecontrol. Apart from this the Tomy Walkabout Classic Advance monitor is powerful and very helpful. I find it essential part for mychildren's nursery.
