Tony Hawks Project 8 is another great game from the skateboarding genre. Tony Hawks has had a monopoly over this genre for a long time and this game really validates their success. The game is great fun, the story line shows your skater as a novice making the journey to the top eight skateboarders in the skateboarding world. Throughout the game you have to collect points which enable you to get into competitions, obtain new clothes and access new areas. The graphics are fantastic and emphasise the power of the Xbox 360. The controls are great but have changed slightly from the original Tony Hawks. One of my favourite aspects of the game is the 'Nail a trick' move enabling you to spin and flip the board with the two thumbsticks giving you a greater sense of freedom. A truly great game which I reccomend to anyone who enjoys any of the Tony Hawks.
