I have tried treadmills. I have tried gym memberships. I have tried stationary bikes. I have tried many many things to lose weight, and none of them worked. Either because they bored me, they were hard to use or they didn't do what they claimed.
Well the Tony Little Gazelle worked for me. It is easy to use and dare I say it, even fun to use. It is so much fun I usually have to run my kids off of it before I can use it.
It is extremely easy to use, it is easy on your knees and legs, and it works. You only need to use it 20 minutes a day for 3 days a week to see results. I did it 20 minutes a day twice a week for a month and lost 20 pounds.
I prefer not to use the video that comes with it because honestly, Tony Little is a little strange. But you don't even really need the video, the machine speaks for itself.
The only excercise I do is walking and the gazelle. I will never waste my money on a nother machine because I finally found the one that works.

I used to have one of these as well, glad you see results because I didn't get results with mine! It was fun and very easy on the knees though, which are both huge positives in my eyes.

I have to run my two year old off of this! Absolutely love it. I don't use the video either.. usually put on some tunes and run for about 30 minutes. I agree! A totally fun workout!
I will have to go and check this out I have been looking at exercise equipment but don't really want to spend tons of money on it so this might work for me.

Sounds intriguing, but I have no idea what it looks like or why it makes such a good workout, or why the kids want to use it so much.

Wow, 20lbs? That's great! I have a treadmill too and it is a little boring... the Gazelle looks fun and I'll have to go check it out!
The Gazelle is a fantastic workout & I'll get on the bandwagon-Tony is something else but the man really knows his stuff!!!
Sounds like this was the perfect machine for you to buy. Good that the kids think it's fun too.
