Recently I bought a tube of Colgate Total Advanced Fresh toothpaste from an airport store. I was in hurry. So, I picked a Colgate product, as I have been using their products since my childhood and I trust them. So, no chance of a new brand. It is a gel and now I'm loving it like all other colgate products.

This toothpaste has a good combination of favor, taste and color. I love it's flavor and it remains on my mouth for some time. So, I feel my breath fresh, as the company states on the product description. But, I don't think that it keeps my breath fresh for 12 hours. Does it really gives you 12 hours of freshness?

I also found that Colgate Totals advanced fresh gel really removes stains from my teeth. In fact it added a little bit more white to my teeth. It contains some Fluoride and my local condition demands that I avoid excess Fluoride contact. So, I may not use it forever. Still, it really works! It cleans my teeth, keeps my breath fresh and adds a whiteness to my teeth. Then, why should I hate it? I am giving it 4.5/5 points for overall effectiveness.
