Toy box time
By Taryn Sims onIn April of this year, I got my daughter this toy box for her strung out toys. When I ordered it, I thought it was going to be bigger than it was. It looked a lot bigger when we ordered it. We got it because it was cheap and matched my daughters table and chair set perfectly!
The door comes up and then slides back so that the lid can stay open without falling on the childs head. There is a shelf on top for books or stuffed animals. My daughter loves it! I think it could be a little bigger. It does hold quite a bit for its size. My daughter likes to take the toys out of it and put herself in there more than putting her toys in there. It is really sturdy. She climbs on it all the time and it doesnt fall over or sink in at all. It would match pretty much any theme you had for a childs room, and it makes a great hiding spot for kids!

lol, we have one of these for my son and all the kids did forever was pull all the toys out and hide inside it! The shelf right above the toy box area is the perfect size for the cloth cube style organizers that are so popular right now. It will easily fit two for those for smaller toys that tend to get lost in the box, and you still have the top shelf for larger toys or stuffed animals. The cubes come in all different colors to fit any decor and are fairly inexpensive.
