Toyota Corolla Ce 2006 By Joss on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
I was a long time fan of Mitsubishi cars and I decided to try Toyota that is the No.1 car in sales in my country. The interior comfort is much better than my old car of course but the gas consumption are much more. The interior space is a good one for a sedan in the passenger seat and the rear seats. One thing I have to say is that the air spills are driving me crazy, no matter how much I close the windows the air sound still there all the way home or to my job. If I close the windows very tight then it start to vibrate a lot. This problem is a known one for this car. In other hand the driving is a good one and feels like a more expensive car. The design is from several years now but I like it, it looks great especially if you customized it with a more sport car look. Toyota is quality, but the guarantee offered is for three years only. I hope is as good as its reputation. I am happy with this car but in the future I think I will return to Mitsubiushi.

I too like a quiet car and it is hard to come by. I agree that you need more than a 3 year warranty.
That's too bad about the air spills. That would drive me nuts. I owned a Toyota Camry and did not have good luck with mine. I don't think I would ever buy another Toyota either.
I just bought a toyota corolla too and I love it. I haven't experienced the window problem yet. I hope that it stays that way.
I bet that the air spills can be pretty annoying but it does still sound like you have a nice car!
Sorry about the air spills. I have a corolla and haven't experienced that. Thanks for sharing.
Did you buy it from a dealer or is it still under warranty? If so, I'd bring it right back for them to fix the rubber seal around the windows. Generally speaking, Totyota does make excellent cars though.
I love Toyotas and find them to be comfortable, zippy cars with lots of cabin and cargo space.
We've had our Corolla since 2003 and it is still running as good as new. My husband puts lots of miles going back and forth to work and we think it will last us a long time.
I don't have a Corolla, but your right, Toyota's are a great car. I have a Camry and it's got nearly 400,000 miles on it and still going strong.
