If you are a fan of Dark Chocolate then you have to try the Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Bar. they are absolutely amazing for the price. I am used to paying twice as much to satisfy that dark chocolate craving with other chocolate bars, but trader Joe's does it again. They created a high quality chocolate bar for a very affordable price.

The problem with a lot of dark chocolate bars that are on the less expensive side is the fact that they taste very waxy. This bar is sharp not waxy. It is not overly bitter like some other bars, and tastes wonderfully balanced. The chocolate flavor is strong and powerful, but at the same time it does not overwhelm you.

We had this dark chocolate bar in our refrigerator for about a week. It's taste remained the same from day one to day seven. It lasts.

If you love dark chocolate you owe it to yourself to pick up a bar.
