I was looking to buy another punching bag after my other one fell apart and as a huge fan of Mixed Martial Arts and the UFC I decided to buy a UFC 100 pound heavy bag in the camo color. The first thing about this bag is that it is huge! It has a ton of surface area and is long enough to throw low kicks and high punches without having to adjust the bag height. It is made of a durable material that is tough but has a slight give to it which is good. This bag is not rock hard like some heavy bags are so you won't injure your hands or your joints. Another great feature about the UFC heavy bag is that it has a tie down strap on the bottom so when you are training on it, it won't swing all over the place and you don't need someone else to hold the bag. It has a solid, impact resistant cap on it so the bag won't fall apart after abuse. It also comes with a solid chain to hang the bag. You really can't beat the UFC MMA 100 pound heavy bag when it comes to quality and price.
