Tramadol for Pain
By BrookeTx onI was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2005; however I have had fibromyalgia symptoms since 1996. Many medications (even the strong ones) do not have any effect on me to relieve the pain associated with Fibromyalgia. I also wanted something that was non-habit forming, but would help ease the pain.
Tramadol is used to treat moderate to severe chronic pain in adults. I take mine as needed because luckily my fibromyalgia flare ups come in stages. I have been using Tramadol for several years now (as needed) and find it to be more effective than most narcotic prescription medications. Tramadol usually works pretty fast when taken. The side effects vary, but always consult your doctor as there are certain medications that you should not take while taking Tramadol.
Tramadol is good for those with moderate to severe pain. If this sounds like you, consult your doctor to see if this might be a helpful medication for you.

One of my friends who also has fibro takes this & has had success with it!
I also have Fibromyalgia since 1993, I have tried so many meds that just don't help, I will have to look into this. thanks for sharing.
