Trident White Peppermint Gum

I am a gum chewer and have been ever since I was allowed to chew gum. I absolutely love Trident White Gum specifically the Peppermint flavor. I do also like Wintergreen flavor. I like this gum because it not only freshens my breath, and is sugarless, but it contains Recaldent which is a milk derived substance said to whiten and strengthen your teeth. I am not sure that my teeth are any whiter than when I first began chewing this gum, but I do think it has kept my teeth white and prevented my teeth from staining due to coffee and tea drinks. I do love the fact that it has a harder outer shell and has a little crunchiness when you first chew. In the past I have had trouble with gum sticking to my teeth. When I would floss, I would get little pieces of chewing gum out. This has never happened with Trident White and that is the main reason why I will keep chewing it!
