I have a really hard time flossing my teeth because my teeth are pushed together and I have a small mouth. The front teeth are a little over lapped in the back and are difficult to keep clean. I gag when I have to use regular string floss with my hands, so I thought I would try floss picks. I have tried several kinds from flavored and coated and uncoated floss and some of the the floss is to weak and breaks. I found one type I really like and use all the time to help keep the plaque on my teeth to a minimum, this one also have a tongue scraper and textured pick end to help remove food where the toothbrush cannot reach. The floss in the Dentek triple clean floss pick is rolling floss and stronger than the other floss I have tried. It make it easier and faster to get my teeth flossing down because I only need to use the one floss pick each time. The flavor is mint and the floss is waxed and moves more easily between my tooth. The dentist seems to think that it is helping also with my gums to make them more healthier. Anything to help not to go back to the dentist more than twice a year. If you want to try this floss pick I would recommend it and you really can't lose by spending a couple of dollars to help improve you teeth.
