Trouble With Go Gear Mp3 Player By Cristin Maur on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
At first I loved this product...but then short after i bought it, it started messing up. The first time it messed up it froze in the middle of a song and a white box came up with codes in it. It wouldn't let me do anything so i had to reset it. Then as i'm turning it back on, I go to my music and....it's all in a foreign language like chinese or japanese...I'm not exactly sure since i don't speak those languages. So then i restarted it again it happened again. So then i just turned it off and then turned it back on. It was in English now!!!! but.....It erased all the names of my songs which is about 431 of them. Then later when i decided i wanted to listen to one of my recordings i found out that there was nothing there. I figured i accidently deleted them....them a couple of days later i was trying to record myself playing my flute. After i was done recording i went to listen to it and guess what??? no recordings found. okay so that doesn't work now...Then the left earphone rubber came off and that was fine cuz i can easily replace those for cheap but still...i have enough probelms with this. Now if you try to listen to music and look at pictures at the same time it goes BEEPPPPP!!!! really loud in your ear and for a second there i thought i was going deaf! But there is one good thing about it!!! It's radio works!!! but if i wanted to listen to the radio...i'd buy one. Now i would just send it back but....i listen to music everynight to fall asleep and it has all my music on it...even thou it doesn't have the name of the songs...it still plays music. But i would deffinently not recommend this product to you. It's a lot of money which gives you a lot more probelms. oh and also...the battery doesn't last as long as it says it does...it last about 5 or 6 hours supposed to 35.
