I've worked in marketing previously so am always sceptical at the well known how brands and straplines associated with them. Quick to remember but how true are they really? Well, as mother and wife, who does the laundry, I have come to love the "Trust pink, forget stains" strapline. Whether it be laundry products or carpet & upholstery cleaners, Vanish is the only brand I reach for.

The Vanish Carpet & Upholstery cleaner has been specially formulated for stain remover contains the active oxygen (Vanish special formula) which penetrates and cleans the material and works on tough stains such as red wine, coffee, tea etc without bleaching the material - even my wool carpets. Its really easy to use, no need to scrub, just spray, leave for 5 minutes and blot. Heavy stains may need a second application but I have never needed to go back a third time.

You can imagine with a family and a 11 month daughter who has started eating finger foods, this product has been invaluable especially on my cream living rug. I don't why I bought a cream carpet when nesting and expecting my first child, as everyone warned me it was bound to get stained, but honestly with Vanish in hand, it looks almost new. Thanks Vanish.
