When I purchased my truck in 2004 I went with this Truxedo Tonneau Cover purchased at my local Add On Accessory Outlet. I had one of the old tonneau covers that would raise up and you had to remove the center bars out of it and you would have to take the cover off by unsnaping it which was very hard to do in cold weather. I purchased this new one and I love it. The support bars are built in and one easy lever releases it and it rolls all the way back to the end of the bed with no obstructions. This tonneau cover can be out of your way in seconds. My bed stays completely dry from rain or snow and is very convienient to store things underneath when you go grocery shopping or purchase things that you want to keep hidden. There is no locking mechanism. I believe it also saves me some gas mileage with the wind resistance. I would definately recommend this product.
