My mom's collection of tableware has amazed me for long. I always take a fancy of admiring her gorgeous collection. So when I went back to my home town, visiting her home recently, I took a chance of looking at her newest collection. She just bought a dozen of this bowl, China-made one. There is no brand indicated on it but at the back of the bowl there is a writing piece, ‘Made in China', along with a picture of a petite pagoda above it, and Chinese handwriting characters below the ‘Made in China' writing piece. The design of this bowl is simple; the ornaments are only of tulip flowers, located at the right and left edge curve. The bowl's size is around 18cm, not so big but enough capacity for serving purpose. The shape is not round / circular like most of her collection, but it is square shaped. The material is made of medium quality porcelain, and it is warm-water resistant. I helped my mom with her cooking when I stayed there, and helped her serve with this bowl. After the meal was ready, we put it into this serving bowl, and though it was still hot, the bowl could hold it. The bowl is very easy to be cleaned up and washed. We used hand to wash it anyway. Eventually, since my mom saw my interest in this serving bowl, she gave me one piece of it. Oh I was so excited! It's a great and beautiful bowl. :)
