I keep this product in my bed-side table for relief from overnight acid reflux. When I awake with reflux, I grab 3 or 4 Tums and am able to get back to sleep without further problems. I love it!

I much prefer the Smoothies variety over the regular chalky version. There really is not chalky consistency here. Just a smooth powdery texture that dissolves immediately. The fruit flavor is quite pleasant too!

These are very effective at relieving the acid. They work very, very fast every time.

I do find that they leave a metallic taste in my mouth. Sometimes I'll jump up and brush my teeth before I go back to sleep and that takes care of the problem.

I have tried the cocoa and creme flavor. While they were effective, I did not care for the flavor.
