I purchased Tune Up Utilities 2007 about a month ago, and it has been one of the best programs I've ever owned. It keeps my computer clean from head to toe! It can manage memory, optimize and clean space, optimize and clean your registry and more. This program will even make suggestions of things that you can change that will increase your performance. It will automatically optimize your video, if you want, and it will automaticall optmize your computer for internet use, if you want. Some of the features available to require a bit of knowledge, but if you can really clean deep. If computer knowledge is a bit thin, there is a very nice one click maintenance button that will clean your registry, programs, adjust your registry structure and will clean out your temporary files. I"ve really enjoyed how clean this keeps my computer and I truly enjoy how easy it is to maintain.
