Twisty Towel Hair Towel

I had seen this on one of those infomericals and wanted to try it out! I have super thick hair and my daughter has super long and thick hair!
I picked a package up which contains two twisty towels in two different colors. It was fairly inexpensive, $10.00. I figure that would be the cost of super thick towels.
The towels are made of what every other towels are made of, terry cloth. You flip your head over and place the twisty towel over your head, twist the ends, flip your head up and place the tail through the elastic band.
I personally do not think that it gets your hair as dry as it advertises it to do. It is funny because it says it dries hair in seconds and I left it on for a long while and my hair was still wet.
I do like that it does stay on your head, whereas a regular towel usually falls off my head.
How cute! I think I'll be picking one up for myself and my friend!
Hm. I had wondered about these for my stepdaughter.
I don't see how they'd dry the hair any faster, but I'm glad they do stay on your head. Infomercials suck me in all the time :). I just want to buy everything.

I like the fact that it stays on your head, but always wondered how it could dry your hair faster. Thanks for the information and your experience with this product
If you like these, a good brand to try is Norwex. This company puts out a lot of microfiber stuff like the soapless cleaning cloths, etc... and they seem to really know their stuff! I have very thick hair as well, and I was really impressed with my Norwex "turban". :)
Hmm, I wondered if they really dried hair that quickly. My hair tends to hold water so I would need something a bit more absorbent. I do like the turban style though!
When I had long hair I would have been glad just to have a towel that stayed on. Long hair never again for me, thanks!
