Twizzlers Rainbow Twists Candy

I love licorice and I always have for a very long time. My main preference of licorice is Twizzler's Pull N Peel. I was at my Walmart a few months back and came across these Twizzlers Rainbow Twists which looked interesting. They were extremely colorful and came in a variety of colors. They were so eye catching that I decided to buy it. A 12.4 oz bag was close to $2.00.

I brought them home and decided to try them out. They came in six flavors. They were strawberry, orange, lemonade, watermelon, blue raspberry and grape. I tasted each flavor and they were absolutely terrible! Out of all the licorice I have ever tasted, these were among the worst. There wasn't enough flavor to it and the twists tasted like plastic. The only flavors that I could tolerate was the lemon and orange. There was also a weird aftertaste to it which I could not place. I gave them to my brother who ate a few twists and said they were bad. I definitely won't be buying these in the future and just because it is eye catching and colorful doesn't mean that it will taste good unfortunately.
