Tylenol's Sleepy Time By Kurenai on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I was recommended Sleepy Time by a friend when I was having trouble getting to sleep. He said it worked fine for him and met it's purpose, so I decided to give it a try myself.

I took it as prescribed the following night. Sleepy Time did have a gross mediciney taste, but what sleep aid doesn't? The pills were easy to swallow at least. It took me about half an hour to fall asleep when it should have taken me about seven-ten minutes when taking Sleepy Time correctly.

I finally fell asleep, but my trouble wasn't over. I woke up feeling slightly nauseous and like someone hit me with a brick. Going back to sleep was impossible too, so I wound up slugging it throughout the day.

Needless to say, I haven't taken this stuff since. It knocked me out eventually, but the horrible wake-up feeling definetly wasn't worth it.
