Ulead photo impact is one of the best image touchup programs i have ever used.. not only i can use it but my kids too.. and thats always a plus! they got easy to use tools and simple add-ons just a click of the mouse away.. you can add cool lightning effects, rain, clouds, fog, bubbles, fire.. you name it you can figure out a way to do it.. they have boarder and text effects like you wouldnt beleive.. and an easy to use color pallet so you can adjust the color of your text or image effects.. they also have the option to add annimation in your image like moving smoke, lightning ect.. or to a text effect.. the fire is a very popular one.. the kids will love it especially if they are gamers.. and young but imbitious about image developement or webdesign.. i recommend photo impact.
